3. 💰 PRICING & QUOTE DISCLAIMER
- All quotes provided via WhatsApp, email, or on-site assessment are estimates based on visible damage and described requirements.
- Final pricing may adjust if additional damage is discovered during disassembly or restoration, subject to your prior approval.
- Quotes are valid for 30 days from issuance. Material costs may fluctuate due to market conditions.
- VAT (8–10%) is applied to all invoices as required by Vietnamese tax law. Commercial clients receive formal VAT invoices upon request.
4. 📦 TRANSPORT, HANDLING & INSURANCE
- Items collected for workshop repair are handled with professional padding, strapping, and insured transit coverage.
- VVBite Journey’s insurance covers damage occurring during our custody and transport. Pre-existing damage is documented via photos prior to pickup.
- Clients are responsible for securing valuable or irreplaceable items prior to handover. We recommend removing detachable hardware, personal items, or fragile components.
- For antique or high-value pieces, we offer enhanced packaging and optional third-party appraisal coordination (fees apply).
